Meet Iris, the owner of Iris & Rainbow Boutique, based in Gaithersburg, MD, specializing in the design and manufacturing of bags and accessories. When Iris first reached out to us, she was uncertain if we could meet her needs, as she required help with reorganizing her warehouse. We assured her that warehouse management was one of our core business solution services, and we were more than capable of assisting. Iris’s business often required short notice facilitating and moving of inventory between warehouses in order to fulfill outgoing and incoming shipments. When we initially began working together, she managed two warehouses. Today, she oversees seven, all of which we continue to service as needed. Iris’s retail company has rapidly grown, earning a spot as one of the Top 5 US TikTok Shop accounts.
